Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Secure Your Shipment
Carefully place your jewelry in its original presentation box and secure it within a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and affix it firmly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our gemologists verify the condition of the returned piece, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
